Who we are
PremisOS (“we”, “us”) provides business software for multi-location businesses, operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the PremisOS service, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect on this website
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you type in: your name, mobile number, business name and, if you choose, email, city, business type and message. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to stop abuse of the form. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your request, to arrange and run a demo, and to send you a quote. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Data inside the service
Businesses that use PremisOS (our customers) enter data about their own customers, suppliers, guests and staff. For that data the business is the data fiduciary and we process it on their instructions, only to provide the service. Each business’s data is isolated from every other business’s at the database level.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Data is stored with managed cloud providers in Mumbai, India, encrypted in transit. Access by our team is limited to what is needed to support a customer, is time-boxed, and is recorded in an audit log the customer can see.
How long we keep it
Demo and contact requests are kept for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them. Customer data is kept for as long as the customer’s subscription is active, then exported to them on request and deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@premisos.in. If your data was entered by a business that uses PremisOS, please contact that business first; we will help them respond.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
