Terms of service
Last updated 30 September 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to this website and to the PremisOS service. A business’s subscription is also governed by the order or proposal it accepts; where the two differ, the signed order wins.
Accounts
Each business names an administrator who creates logins for its staff and decides what each role can do. You are responsible for keeping passwords private and for what is done through your organisation’s logins.
Fees
Fees are a one-time setup fee and a yearly subscription, as quoted for the modules and branches you use. Taxes are extra. If a renewal is not paid, access may move to read-only and then be suspended, but your data is not deleted without notice.
Your data
Your business owns the data it puts into PremisOS. We use it only to provide and support the service. You can export it at any time, and we will provide an export when you leave.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access another business’s data, or interfere with the service’s security or availability.
Tax and compliance
PremisOS helps you prepare GST-compliant documents, but your business remains responsible for its tax filings and for checking the GST details, rates and numbering it configures.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, and we give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Support is provided on business days by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
