What Transport does
Truck master
Body type, container SXL / MXL, size in feet, GVW, payload, tyres and axle, tanker and reefer details: every truck the way the trade describes it.
Multi-stop trips
Plan stops with expected arrival times, or just start the trip. Each stop is marked reached and left, and late stops show in red.
Driver app
Drivers tap Start, Reached, Left and Back at yard on their phone, add diesel and tolls with a receipt photo. The office can record for drivers without phones.
Advances & settlement
Give advances, let drivers record what they spend, and settle each trip: who owes whom is worked out for you. Settled trips are locked.
Papers & licences
Insurance, permits, fitness, PUC and driving licences with expiry alerts before they run out, and a warning if a truck leaves with expired papers.
Fuel mileage
km per litre fill to fill for every truck, with a flag when a truck’s mileage drops below its usual.
Truck expenses
Service, tyres, repairs and insurance against each truck, next to its trip spend, for a true cost per km.
Fleet dashboard & reports
Trucks on the road, late stops, cash with drivers, cost per km, per-truck and per-driver reports with CSV export.
