3, 6, 9, 12, 24 and 48-hour slabs per category, with versioned tariffs, so a rate change never rewrites an old bill.
Check in, extend, check out
Extensions price the difference automatically. Overdue stays are flagged with a grace period you set.
No double bookings
The database itself refuses to put two guests on the same unit at the same time.
Guest records
Capture the guest fields you need and ID photos, visible only to roles you allow.
IRCTC online blocks
Block units booked online so the counter never sells them twice.
